Apprenticeship is an industry-driven, high-quality career pathway where employers can develop and prepare their future workforce, and individuals can obtain paid work experience, guidance from an experienced mentor, and classroom instruction. As an “earn and learn” strategy, apprenticeship offers job seekers immediate employment opportunities that pay sustainable wages and offer advancement along a career path.
