Faculty and staff across Pima already play a vital role in helping students prepare for life after college. Whether it’s encouraging a student, sharing career advice, or connecting coursework to real-world opportunities, you are guiding futures every day. 

Career Champions is a way to celebrate that work—and strengthen it. By partnering with Employer Engagement and Career Services, you’ll have access to the latest career resources, updates, and opportunities to share with students. Together, we can ensure every student has the support, information, and confidence they need to succeed. 

What is a Career Champion? 

A Career Champion is a faculty or staff member who:

• Already supports students by connecting learning to career pathways.

• Wants quick, easy access to tools and resources from Career Services.

• Helps us improve programming by sharing what students need most.

No extra workload or expertise is required—we’ll provide resources, you’ll integrate them into the great work you’re already doing.
