The session also introduces resources created for faculty and staff, employers, and student communities, including Native students, students with disabilities, veterans, and student parents. You’ll learn where to find EECS events, community events, practical career guidance, help centers, and resources you can continue sharing after the session.

Participants will learn how students and alumni use MyCareerLink to:

• Search for jobs, internships, and apprenticeships

• Find work-based learning opportunities

• Register for hiring events

• Upload résumés and build a professional presence

You’ll also see how employers use the platform to recruit Pima talent, post opportunities, promote events, and connect with candidates. The session includes an introduction to MyCareerLink’s expanding role in work-based learning, employer engagement, and career-outcomes tracking across the College.

Discover how Big Interview helps students prepare for the entire application and interview process, not just the interview itself.

Participants will explore:

• Résumé building and integrated AI feedback

• Tailoring application materials to a job description

• General and competency-based interview practice

• Industry-specific interview preparation

• Admissions, government, public-sector, and veteran-focused preparation

• Mock interviews, feedback, and independent practice

Faculty and staff will also learn about the dedicated faculty version of Big Interview. This version allows employees to assign activities and interview practice, monitor student work, and incorporate career preparation into courses or student support.

PCC employees can access the platform themselves, experience its resources firsthand, and better understand when it may be helpful to recommend Big Interview to a student.
