Upload your résumé to MyCareerLink for a free review by the Employer Engagement & Career Services (EECS) team.

Résumé reviews are completed at the end of each week. Once your review is complete, you'll receive an email letting you know whether your résumé was approved or needs revisions, along with specific, personalized feedback to help you strengthen your résumé and improve your chances of success.

Resume Reviews Are an Iterative Process

Don't be discouraged if your résumé isn't approved on the first review.

Creating a strong résumé takes time, and most students revise their résumé several times before it's ready. Our goal isn't simply to approve your résumé. It's to help you develop a document that clearly communicates your skills, experiences, and accomplishments to employers.

If your résumé needs revisions, use the feedback you receive to make improvements, then upload your updated résumé for another review. Each revision helps you build a stronger application and prepares you for future opportunities.

How We Review Your Résumé

Every résumé submitted through MyCareerLink is personally reviewed by an EECS team member. To provide more consistent, timely, and equitable feedback while helping reduce potential bias, we may use AI-assisted tools as part of our review process. Human judgment remains central to every review, and all recommendations are reviewed by an EECS staff member before feedback is shared with you.

When AI is used, EECS uses Pima Community College's secure Google Gemini environment, which is designed to help protect your information and is managed under the College's privacy and security standards. We do not use public AI tools that retain or use your résumé data to train publicly available AI models.

If you have questions about our use of AI or would prefer that your résumé be reviewed without AI-assisted tools, please contact EECS at careerservices@pima.edu or let us know in the NOTES section of the resume upload. We will work with you to provide an appropriate accommodation whenever possible.
